By engaging with Tradeelion Online services, you agree to the following terms. Our services include dropshipping store setup, supplier sourcing, product research, and e-commerce automation, delivered on a project basis with clearly defined scope and deliverables agreed upon before work begins.

All service agreements are binding upon written confirmation (email or signed proposal). Tradeelion Online reserves the right to decline or terminate any project that violates applicable laws or our ethical guidelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring their business operations comply with local regulations.

Intellectual property created during a project (store design, automations, configurations) becomes the client's property upon full payment. Tradeelion Online retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tradeelion Online stands behind the quality of every project we deliver. If you are not satisfied with the results within the first 14 days of project delivery, we will work with you to address your concerns — at no additional cost.

If after revision attempts the deliverables still do not meet the agreed-upon scope, you are eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the stage of completion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@tradeeliononline.com within the 14-day window, with a clear description of the issue.

Refunds are not applicable for completed and approved milestones, third-party costs (platform fees, supplier deposits, ad spend), or projects cancelled by the client after work has commenced. Processing time for approved refunds is 5–10 business days.

All store data, supplier information, order details, and client credentials processed through Tradeelion Online are handled via secure, encrypted channels. We follow industry-standard security practices including end-to-end encryption, role-based access control, and regular security audits.

Client data is used exclusively to deliver contracted services and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. We work with vetted tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, DSers, AutoDS) that maintain their own compliance standards. Any third-party integrations are disclosed to the client prior to implementation.

Data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the service agreement and any legally required retention periods. Upon project completion and client request, all sensitive credentials and access tokens are securely deleted from our systems.
